Fish sauce is the enemy of gluten free and vegan customers. However, many items on our menu can be made gluten free and vegan using a substitute fish sauce, salt or soy sauce.


Since we make everything using traditional ingredients, it will cost a $1 extra and your wait might be longer, but we will try as hard as we can to accommodate your needs.
